Key responsibilities Conduct structured intake appointments to collect relevant patient history and background information Collaborate with licensed clinical staff to ensure timely availability of intake documentation for patient evaluations Schedule initial evaluation appointments and maintain organized patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field Entry-level role; prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or customer service preferred Experience with patient intake or care coordination is a plus Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn electronic medical record systems Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
